What this browser remembers
Journey preferences are retained only if you choose to remember them. Existing preferences and tracker entries remain compatible. Saved tracker records use this browser’s local storage, not an account or cross-device service.
Shared devices are not fully confidential
Anyone with access to this device or browser profile may be able to read retained records. Private browsing, device settings and browser cleanup affect availability. Temporary mode does not retain new entries after leaving the page. Downloads and printouts are separate copies.
Children and young people
Public education is available without personal data. Under-18 health recording is withheld pending safeguarding and privacy review. Existing records are not silently removed. No parent, teacher or coach is given access to individual records by this hub.
Research is separate
The survey project is in development and adults can register contact interest only; this hub is not collecting research responses. Any future study needs its own eligibility, privacy, consent and governance information.
Contact forms and applications
Book requests, adult survey interest, partner enquiries and movement applications are saved privately. They are separate from your health records. Automatic resource delivery and owner email alerts are not currently enabled. Verified legal/controller details and retention schedules must be finalised before new paid services launch.
Delete and export
The tracker has an explicit erase control for stored logs and period starts. You can review a patient-reported appointment summary before downloading or printing it. Browser storage failure is reported instead of claimed as a successful save.
