Community / Accountability

Community-first. Accountable by design.

Our intention is to reinvest distributable profits into menstrual-health education, research and access. The formal allocation policy and reports will show what has actually been funded.

Profit is not purchase price.

Distributable profit means what remains after relevant costs, refunds, production, delivery, processing, tax and agreed operating reserves. It does not mean every pound of a purchase goes directly to a programme.

A policy before a percentage.

Covered trading activities, legal entities, cost allocation and reserve decisions require responsible financial and governance approval. No verified 100% commitment or conflicting 25% proposal is presented as an active policy.

The intended community purposes.

Free school and club education, accessible resources, supported access, independent editorial review and an academically governed survey programme. These are intended purposes, not a report of completed outcomes.

Report outcomes, not invented counters.

No verified allocation report is available yet. Future reporting should distinguish revenue, costs, distributable surplus, actual spending and evidenced outcomes. Sponsors never receive individual health information.
