School / Support

Learning should not stop for a period.

Practical support, a small kit and someone you trust can make a difficult day easier.

01

Make a small period kit

A pad or your preferred product, spare underwear and a pouch are useful basics. Ask an adult to explain product use. Wash hands before and after changing products; follow the product instructions.

02

Ask for what you need

“Can I use the bathroom and get a period product? I would like to speak privately.” Ask which trusted adult can help and where supplies are kept.

03

For parents and teachers

Offer products, bathroom access and a quiet conversation. Listen without asking for intimate details. Do not request access to a pupil’s personal health records.
